Please note that all in-store purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. However, most items purchased online can be returned, with the exception of clearance items and items purchased during specified final sale deeply discounted special promotions. Other than the items purchased during these promotions and from special collections, all other online sales are eligible for returns.
If you receive an item you do not love or it doesn't fit as you had hoped, you can either bring it back to the 1125 Madison Avenue store or request a return online.
Please make sure to return the item in the same condition it was when we sent it to you within 48 hours of receiving it. When we receive the item, we will refund your purchase less the cost of return shipping plus 5% restocking fee, plus any necessary additional insurance.
